About Our Founder & President
During the year of 2005 at age 41, I was taught ‘The Art of Strategy” by the spirit of God in the using of the energy and resources from myself and supporters for the Kingdom’s advantage”-Hosea 7:8. So the word of the Lord came to me as, “Tough times do not last but tough people do” and “Michael, I want you to know that a hidden ministry is a dishonest ministry”. Therefore, I want you to call the ministry, “Caleb Ministries”. It was then Caleb’s Ministries is born, and the traveling Itinerate Ministry was given birth. In all my pain and agony, I had a living vision with Dr. Jesse DuPlantis playing the role of the encourager. In this vision, he spoke to me and said, “Michael, I want you to know that a hidden ministry is a dishonest ministry. I want you to call the ministry Caleb’s Ministries because ‘tough times don’t last but tough people do.” It is through brotherly love that we are welcomed into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our pure responsibility is to build on the foundations of Love and Faith the ideals of the Kingdom and its nationhood.
One night, I had a vision with that beloved Apostle of today’s modern Pentecostalism, William J. Seymour and as he approached me, he spoke these words to me having a pile of freshly chiseled beams of wood in his hands, he said to me “Go and Build”. Having received and acknowledged the divine calling of Almighty God, I have urged others and myself to adhere to the calling voice of the Lord and use the instructions given to us by the Holy Ghost through that great apostle, Peter, who encouraged us with the words, “For this very reason, make every effort to add to our faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if we possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep us from being ineffective and unproductive in our knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins. Therefore, I have made every effort to confirm your calling and election sure. For if we do these things, we will never stumble, and we will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ”.
In 2006, our school was formed and born to provide a crossroad of learning to capture the richness and riches of our patriarchs, ancestors, and fathers before us and to combine their wisdom with a fast-breaking rapid development of our generation to ensure that we do not skip a generation and their blessings. The Prophetic Life State University was designed for tough people who must preserve in tough times. Our business The Prophetic Life State University was founded on February 28, 2006, in Pembroke Pines, Florida by Michael Lattiboudeaire, The Great House Ministries International Inc, The State of Florida’s Department of Education, and the Commission on Independent Education. We believe that our universe is built on God’s word and by faith, we understand the Universe was formed at God’s word. Today, we embark on a joint idea of building a university that both engages biblical literacy in the marketplace and a joint premier public-private partnership to make our nation well trained and prepare for success and prosperity and at the same time to meet any adversity head-on. PLSU University is specially designed to train, equip, prepare, and make ready a people for the Lord.
